Who's doing this? Radio Consultant
Managerial backgroundWe push Antal to the limelight with a compelling pedigree: he has related PhD studies, MBA (Oxford, with Student of the Year Prize, etc if you love papers) have seen a couple of media & communication enterprises and radio stations as an insider, so good face for us. As our CEO & Chief Knowledge Officer / Head of European Operations he is responsible for getting the things done the right way and knowledge transfer to the Clients in the known part of the Universe; he is looking forward to hearing from You: Antal you just win a promotion to a Liaison Officer - congrats! This will be a good occasion for Antal to find a new job... but anyway prod him!
Joint venture for projects with other radio consultants - Radio Consulting NetworkUnique and central element of our radio consulting practice, that we involve other mass media / radio consultants or other field specialist in case we need it. We want to provide the best service available, so we sometimes ask for help. Maybe it surprises You, but we proudly write this down. Best serving the Client is the primary objective and we cannot be the best at every relevant area sometimes needs to be covered. We have grown up to know this.
Anyhow, we merge for certain projects with The Other Guys to serve our Clients at the best level, and the benefit is multifold. Nowadays some areas of the world still struggling economically - including the radio market itself - so better results improve the whole radio industry appreciation. Additionally the quality of the competition is improving, so radio as a whole medium can fight with better chances in the future especially at the age of digital radio.
Our radio consulting distinctiveness factorsWe are field workers. As CEOs, CFOs, Group Program Directors, this and that... but PRIMARILY we are CURRENTLY practicing what we are talking about. The best consultants could do the duties themselves. I've met Respected Radio Consultant who was unable to do the basics. Setting a Top Of Hour Song property was a real challenge, others say "Looks good" while every second position was unscheduled. Of course they created beautiful compelling reports up to the Board.
You may have your own story - ask your staff. We do not want any of our Clients would ever feel the same. In our practice we demand our consultants be a part of the process: our Client is the Owner, we consult to the organization - except some special cases, like financial due diligence, HR issues and so on. We are not commanding and terrorizing Your people. In case of lack of cooperation we stand up and off we go [and nag at Antal a little].
It is not a must believing us and getting better - however you should do.
